Training Schedule (starting 21 July 2016)
Every Thursday 7:30pm at Raffles Place
and Sunday 7:30am at Marina Bay
Each workout is different but they will all train you in endurance, strength, cardio and grit.
WHAT TO BRING
Exercise attire, change of clothes, water, a can-do spirit
